   We have here a New Distributor to replace your 009 or 034 points distributor, these units are fitted with electronic ignition ( 3rd picture) Centrifugal and Vacuum advance, the advantages are very clear once these distributors are fitted, you will find better starting better fuel economy improved performance and no flat spots, can easy be fitted in 10 mins and timed using a standard timing light, there is no need for extra wiring as the distributor connections fit directly to the coil which can be 12 or 6 volts,please note the coil must be between 1.5 and 3 ohms, we can supply the coil for £17. The ballast can be removed so the ignition system works on the full 12 volt or 6 volts so no loss of power to the plugs hence better fuel economy.
